These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Advanced Project Management's ("APM", "we", "us") website, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have authority to bind your organisation where applicable. You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with operation, or using the Services in violation of law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
APM and its licensors retain all rights in the Services. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription or agreement with us.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in writing. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services is limited as set out in your subscription agreement, or where none applies, to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Services. We will post updated Terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where they cannot be waived.
