Xero Integration

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Settings > Integrations Click Settings in the left-hand menu, then click Integrations. You will see the Integrations list showing Xero with the description 'Sync invoices, bills, and contacts' and its current Status (Not Connected or Connected).
  2. Connect to Xero Click the Xero row. You will be redirected to Xero's authorisation page. Log in to your Xero account and click Allow Access to grant APM permission to sync data.
  3. Confirm connection Return to APM. The Xero status should now show as Connected. From this point, invoices and bills created in APM will sync automatically to Xero.
  4. Check what syncs Invoices created in Financials > Invoices sync to Xero as sales invoices. Bills entered against purchase orders sync as bills. Supplier contacts assigned to POs sync as contacts.
  5. Disconnect Xero To disconnect, open Settings > Integrations, click the Xero row, and click Disconnect. Data already synced to Xero is not affected.

Important: After connecting Xero, check your Xero chart of accounts to ensure APM's income and expense categories map correctly to your Xero account codes.
