Step-by-step guide
- Open APM on your phone Open your mobile browser (Chrome or Safari) and go to app.apmsoftware.com.au. Log in with your APM email and password.
- Navigate to your job Tap the menu icon to open the left-hand navigation. Tap Supervisor to see your active jobs list, or tap Sales to find a specific job by name or APM number.
- Open a job Tap the job name to open the full job record. All tabs and sub-menus are accessible from mobile.
- Record a Daily Log Tap Management > Daily Logs > + Daily Log. Set the date, select the Schedule Item, enter your Summary and Notes, list sub-contractors on site, and tap + Add files to attach photos. Tap Save when done.
- Run a Site Checklist Tap Management > Site Checklists > + New Inspection. Select the checklist category and work through each item, tapping to mark them complete. Some items may require a photo attachment.
- View the schedule Tap Management > Scheduling to see the job's current schedule template and start dates.
Tip: APM is a web app — no installation is required. Add it to your phone's home screen for quick access: in Safari tap Share > Add to Home Screen; in Chrome tap the menu > Add to Home Screen.
