Step-by-step guide
- Log in to APM Go to app.apmsoftware.com.au and enter your email and password. You will land on the Home dashboard.
- Read your Home dashboard The Home screen shows live business metrics: Leads P/Year, New Leads Per Month, Customers By Stage, Contracts Signed, Jobs Completed, Sales By Financial Year, the Sales Funnel, and Invoices due. These update in real time.
- Understand the Sales Funnel The funnel tracks every job from New Lead through to Handover. Percentages show conversion at each stage. Use this to spot bottlenecks in your pipeline.
- Navigate the main menu The left-hand menu contains: Home, Sales, Jobs, Estimating, APMflow, Supervisor, Accounting, Settings, and Reports. Click any item to open that module.
- Go to Settings > My Company Enter your business name, ABN, contact details, quote email, order email, scheduling email, website, default builders margin (e.g. 25%), and GST (10%). This information appears on all client-facing documents.
- Add your first user In Settings > My Company, scroll to the Users section. Click Add, enter the person's name, email, and assign a Role (global admin, director, supervisor, etc.).
Tip: The Home dashboard is powered by Metabase and updates in real time — no refresh needed
